One of the UK’s most compelling story tellers in the UK Rap scene from early, South London’s Tiny Boost returns with a new single and music video for street-tinged Rap anthem ‘Night and Day’. Tiny Boost teams up with experienced music executives Jud and Fos from TruCulture to give their listeners an unreserved, uncompromising street ballad, with Tiny Boost providing the kind of gritty lyrics that have cemented his place amongst UK rap veterans, plus impactful delivery on the bass-heavy trap production from Mav of TruCulture.
Talking about the release, Jud and Fos stated “Tiny Boost has linked up with TruCulture for his latest release, Tiny Boost has made a name for himself as the streets real life story teller, in Night & Day he depicts how hard life is on the streets and the struggles witnessed in his excellent story telling. We’re excited to collaborate with well respected, South-London rapper Tiny Boost as he lends his hand to the ever-growing movement of TruCulture.”
TruCulture is a label that emphasizes the encouragement and advocating of talent that come from disadvantaged backgrounds, people suffering from mental health issues and also artists that have spent time within the prison system. They aim to help young people harness their musical talents to bring about positive changes in their lives. Music is the nucleus of the TruCulture movement, and they have built various platforms to aid in achieving that goal.
TruCulture plan to release a run of various singles from their forthcoming project ‘Da Glue’. They curated the project during the peak of lock-down, a difficult time for the nation, but they aim to provide something we can all bond over. Jud and Fos wanted to work with young up and comers, showcasing their talent alongside some more established artists. The duo are prepped now to make more noise in the streets with the highly anticipated collaboration with Tiny Boost, ‘Night and Day’, which comes hot off the heels of their first single with rapper ASBO.
SP Visuals direct the visuals which are not for the faint-hearted, depicting Tiny Boost at the table that he has earned a place at, popping bottles in the club and celebrating success with his people, whilst cinematic cut scenes see him dealing out retribution to one guy who represent all of those that betrayed him.
