The original UK Drillaz and one of the UK’s rawest UK Rap crews, 67 have managed to breakthrough in to the mainstream in a short period of time, and amassing a huge following online from Youtube view counts to tens of thousands of followers on social media. The South Londoners have just announced an upcoming tour and release date for their forthcoming mixtape “Let’s Lurk”. One of the tracks lifted from the forthcoming project is the recent premiere via i-D of ‘5AM Vamping’, a hauntinglyy gully trap banger on which the quintet state ‘shooters, trappers and peng tings’ all love their tunes, which demonstrates their street affiliation and broad audience. 67 also go in on the track with gritty, hard-edged lyrics packed with some gassed punchlines which depict the trapper/rapper lifestyle, mostly getting intoxicated and making money to invest in music endeavours.
