Nikz & Booda have wasted no time in capitalizing on the success of their previous singles ‘Nobu’ and ‘Blue’, as the duo drop their latest track called ‘Pull Up’. Their third release to date, the track is produced by Nikz himself, and is a wavy trap banger, featuring a catchy hook, and the two deliver their signature melodic vocals over the booming bass, crisp percussion and hypnotic chiming synths. The lyrics are a reminder of what Nikz & Booda do best. The lyrics and production are gritty and heavy hitting respectively, where as the delivery and whole vibe are a complete contrast, a fun, infectious vibe. The visuals, directed and edited by Sachin Parmar, Cotton Candy Films and Illpressions, are stylish, slick and sleek, as the pair show out with their guys, flexing with their cars, enjoying a drink and vibing to the song, looking like celebrities.

Nikz & Booda are British-born, both hailing from Oxford and are of Punjabi heritage. They burst onto the UK music scene with their first single ‘Nobu’, and have since shaped their own unique sound, following up with the track ‘Blue’, and now their latest release, ‘Pull Up’.

Even though they are newcomers in the music industry, they have impressively maintained an effectual style and sound throughout the span of their career so far, focusing on remaining unique and conceptual both visually and sonically.

The duo draw much of their musical influence from their family and upbringing, with Booda hailing from a more religious background, and Nikz experiencing a more musical upbringing. Since their journey into music, Nikz & Booda have already piled up a list of accolades including radio play on BBC Asian Network, Reprezent Radio and Radio2Funky, as well as press coverage from notable UK music platform Creative Gen.
