North London Hip Hop artist 92 linked up with fellow rapper Sparks for a new track entitled “Basement” with visuals by Freshly Ground Media. The ultra-Trap production features both rappers dropping hard body lyrics on the beat. The hook makes use of auto-tune stating that in the “basement”, where sex, money and drugs is the only conversation, peers ending up in jail or college, or either not making it or coming along way to flossing from presumably illegal activity. The “basement” is probably a metaphor for the hood in which both 92 and Sparks live, and spraying bars about trying to make in this environment from making your p’s your way, looking behind your back for violence coming your way, and witnessing your own friends going down. 92 and Sparkz flow is smooth and fitting of the beat, 92 embraces the “Trap” flow whilst Sparks comes with a hard hitting flow and delivery.
