JDZmedia recently met up with Birmingham MC Savz for a new installment of the Back To Basics Freestyles, as he sprayed lyrics over an old school Dot Rotten instrumental, ‘Talking The Hardest’. Savz displays ferocious flows and delivery, spitting rapidly as he shows to budding rappers with ‘2 bars’ that it doesn’t make them a rapper, as well as trappers selling a bit here and there. Savz comes across as someone that rather than talk like he is the hardest would rather let his actions speak volumes, and he does so by swiftly slewing tough talkers. Savz goes on gully with some of his bars aimed at rivals and he also displays witty wordplay, Savz rounds off the freestyle as he lets on his motive to get paid, and he swiftly sweeps aside talentless mc’s and those who aren’t on it like him.
