Knowledge Is Power took to soundcloud recently to release another track from Nottingham Grime MC Eljay entitled ‘Badmans Dont Shank Mans’ produced by Wigz, and is taken from her latest EP ‘Bring Dem Murda’. Eljay delivers an excellent chorus for a trap-come-grime banger which lyrically assaults those claiming to be a badman, as Eljay questions the credibility behind such claims, stating that they don’t make much money, and with lines like ‘glass made of plastic’ emphasizes the point that many of them are putting on a false facade. Eljay is also impressive when she makes gibes at supposed badman by stating that they don’t know their ringtone ‘cos nobody phones. Eljay goes in with fire bars on this track.
