Adian Coker continues to amaze and flip the script with yet another track, called ‘Iyamide’s Son’, featuring Charlotte Turnbull, which is taken from the “Connect” EP out on Friday 20th May 2016. Described by Adian as “It’s searching, wistful, melodic and introspective. But the music still definitely and unequivocally knocks”, he takes to somewhat of an production with an unstable vibe which reflects Adian’s lyrics which depict his fight to stay calm and in control of situations, as he rhymes about his childhood and upbringing and personal relationships, with family in particular. The beat fantastically simmers and builds to the culminating point on the chorus, on which Charlotte Turnbull provides distorted yet melodious vocals over a thrashing drum beat pattern.
