Following the release of ‘War Ready’ by T-Face, TayoGG gives us the second taster from The Finesse Foreva Mixtape Vol. 1. ‘Undercover Lover’ is the debut solo track from TayoGG, and oozes an Afro R&B sound, produced by JB104. A rhythmic single featuring melodic singing on the hook and hard-hitting rap vocals, TayoGG provides the perfect song to have girls whining and the guys crooning.
TayoGG joins a number of new wave artists bringing a new fusion sound to the London airwaves and streets, and the MOVES/Finesse Foreva artist has already dueted with Zion on the Afrobeats/Rap banger ‘Sweet Girl’ last summer, which was viewed over half a million times. So this young rising star is set to take the spotlight in the UK’s growing Afrobeats scene, and in the Urban Music landscape along with the Finesse Foreva collective.
This new track arrives in time for the height of the summer, with the Croydon collective looking to cement themselves in the UK scene, so get onboard and take a listen below.
