Fusion – For The Crime

Fusion is a Grime emcee that catapulted on to the Grime scene with an incredible debut on the Lord Of The Mics 10th Anniversary compilation, and has since followed that up swiftly with more success, from his heavy hitting grime tracks ”No”, ”Rudeboy”, and ”Newham”, and ode to his neighbourhood, as well as the self-produced ”24 Hours Riddim”. He garnered acclaim fro iD, Complex and Mixmag for the latter, and 2017 saw Fusion deservedly being named as one of Complex Magazine’s ‘Ones To Watch’ via their ’13 British Emcees Destined For A Big 2017′ feature.

Fusion is back to prove why he belongs in the same lane like artists such as Stefflon Don and Mist, with the release of his new single ”For The Crime”, an anti-anthem on which he vents at the police, grime scene and more. The beat is a high-energy ode to old skool grime, with Fusion spitting lyrics that are relentless in fast flows. Fusion goes in effortlessly, weaving and out of and smashing through screeching, bouncy instrumental.

”For The Crime” is taken from Fusion’s grit-laden EP ”Ready”, which is made up of five tracks packed with lyric laced dirt, where Fusion will surpass all levels of energy. Listen to the track below, and leave your feedback in the comments section below.
