Mayday returns with a new single to see out the year, ‘Lead My Team’ produced by Mistakay. The bass-thunderous, futuristic and hypnotic synths are the base for Mayday to deliver energetic, unorthodox flows, with his own unique slang. The lyrics address past friends who Mayday has left behind himself, moving on to the future and running in other circles. The chorus is terrific and catchy, and a play on some of the Basketball legends such as Shaquille O’Neal, Kyrie Irving, Kobe Bryant and Lebron James, who lead their teams just like Mayday. There are also a few words for the doubters and critics. With the visuals out soon SBTV, Mayday is from Walsall near Birmingham, and had previously premiered ‘Lead My Team’ on #0121RADIO, hosted live by SBTV via Facebook. The track is also taken from Mayday’s upcoming 2018 project ‘RAINWORLDKING’, and he plans to release a several visuals before the end of the year. Mayday’s work rate is immense, he’s undoubtedly talented and one to watch out for in 2018!
