Kid Bookie – Who’s Next?

Ahead of the release of his highly anticipated forthcoming album ‘Publish This’, Kid Bookie has unveiled a music video for a track entitled ‘Who’s Next?’, produced by long time music collaborator Lewis Cullen. A one take video shot by Wowa in promotion of the album, the visual sees Kid Bookie in the snow spitting lyrics of comedic value on an up-tempo torrent of percussion and infectious Italian/Latin inspired melodic guitar strings.

Kid Bookie’s undeniably exciting, rapid flows, and intricate, dark comedic lyrics are a constant reminder through out the track of the calibre of emcee you are listening to, which has attracted attention from and spawned collaborations with D12’s Kuniva (‘Evolution 2.0’), Swifty McVay (‘Hey’ Remix), and Atlanta rapper Nasaan (‘Premonition’).

Not only has Kid Bookie worked with international rap stars, he has collaborated with respected grime emcee’s Zeph Ellis (Dot Rotten), Scrufizzer, Maxsta and Griminal. Past releases include ‘In The Making’ (2009), ‘Some Kind Of Hate’ and ‘Throw Away Music’ (2014), and ‘You’ll Rate Me When I’m Dead’ (2016). More recently, Bookie released ‘Throw Away Music Vol. 2’ last year, and to further promote the release of album, Kid Bookie will be performing at the ‘Publish This’ Listening Party on January 18th at Relentless Energy Drinks Store. He will then follow that up by supporting Bone Thugs-N-Harmony at O2 Islington on 31st January. Having already proven himself in the UK music scene, Kid Bookie looks set to cause a stir overseas!
