Here is yet another remix of Drake’s “5am In Toronto”, and most probabaly one of many entitled “5am In London”, but while I’m battling with the thought of this being just yet another version, this one by London Hip Hop artist MSL is above average, and showcases more of his talent to write bars and tell a story within it. MSL’s delivery is one of the best by an upcoming rapper in the UK, and one of the few artists to bring his own style on to the beat. MSL rips apart the beat comfortably, dropping well-thought out bars the whole way through with no break. The video is well edited and there are some great shots, all filmed by Street Massacre UK, and doesn’t adhere to the stereotypical imagery that some might go for, filming in the typical London scenery.
