Minarmy duo Brotherhood linked up with SBTV to bring you the visuals to their recently released track “Alone With My Thoughts” featuring fellow Grime MC Maxsta. The pair, who are all rounded artists in my opinion only prove me correct with this deep, thoughtful and reflective track which sees both Menace and Blaze drop brilliant lyrics, flow is impeccable, and so is from Maxsta with a strong verse. The visuals are incredibly directed by The Bigger Pictures, sees all mc’s sitting in deep thought, isolated from everyone else, and including word animation and awesome effects, artistically captured shots, and all edited in black and white, is an effective video which reflects the vibe of the song. The video is great, not over-whelming at all with the effects and transitions, and the track showcases Brotherhood’s and Maxsta’s awareness and careful consideration of their own thoughts and feelings which are often effected by the obstacles that are put before us in life. All three artists song-writing skills are superb here, and the hook is definitely well crafted. Check out the visuals especially, and leave your feedback in the comments section below . . .
