Grime League Words Are Weapons were in Manchester for this clash between Grime MC’s Future, from Huddersfield, and FOS from Scunthorpe. Future kicks things off over a hard, kicking Grime beat, pulling up FOS on his name and supposedly lyrical content, announcing a creative acronym for him, parring off his opponents lyrical ability. Both dump bars, back and fourth, FOS also dropping deadly bars, dissing Future on subjects such as where he lives, dropping some greezy mum jokes. From anything from appearance to slewing each other for dead bars, they both lyrically tear each to shreds, with insane flows and delivery. In Round 2, Future provoked a big reaction, parring FOS on his lack of ability to spit 24’s, but FOS came but strong. In my opinion, this clash was evenly matched, anyone could have came away with the win. In the end, Future came away with the W, congrats to both though on an excellent clash.
