Words Are Weapons recently hosted this Grime Clash in Manchester, between Relapse from Tamworth and 2K from Liverpool. Throughout the clash, Relapse was very impressive, in Round 1, dropping dutty lyrics, making references to 2K’s mum, as well as 2K’s personal appearance, and bringing the heat, with excellent flow and delivery. 2K didn’t possess the captivating delivery that Relapse had in my opinion, even though his flow was superb, Relapse was able to convey his disses and jibes more easily, letting them sink in, as well as going in on 2K with potent bars. 2K should have taken more time with his bars, focusing on the intricacy. Relapse stole Round 2 alone when he drew for a screenshot of 2K on Jeremy Kyle, amping up the crowd reaction. Round 3 wasn’t Relpase’s strongest, but was still sick, making more of an impact. The result reflected the clash, Relapse taking it 3-0. Watch below and let us know what your thoughts are . . .
