Reading based producer Eamonn Eames took to his official soundcloud to release the audio for his new banger entitled “When Me Was”. Eames aka dvusmusic goes in with the production, sampling a well known reggae vocal and mixing it with modern percussion and bass/synth samples to make for an almost futuristic dub slash electro sound. Dvus uses a sawing jagged bass to drive the track, cutting throu the speakers, layered up with electro string stabbin arrangement, subtle percussion and a booming kick drum throughout. The bass is moody and dark, in contrast the laid back mellow vocal sample juxtaposes the modernized keys, call it FutureDub. Dvusmusic has effectively created a new genre of its own! Big tune.
