Great Escapologist Buggsy took to his official sound cloud to release his latest banger entitled “Trippy”. The track, produced By Dirty Dike (of High Focus Records) features bassy futuristic, grime/dubstep style production, with random space-age sfx used to great rhythmic effect. Buggsy goes ham over the beats with his trademark rapid rip roaring instrumental peppering flow, duppying the beat with his mad delivery and imaginatively potent lyrical content. Buggsy spits bars about the various ways haters/competition can get “Trippy”, whether slewing them with rhymes or a “lick inna ya jaw”, the Bristol rapper hits MC’s for six with incredibly immaculate wordplay. Buggsy shows his matured creative talents, laying down an infectious chorus to boot that captures the random “Trippy” essence of the track. Big bars! Mad flows!
