Producer lyricist duo Subculture Sage come together for this music video presented by SBTV called “Stories and Tales”. The lethargically delivered lyrics in similar style to the likes of Tyler The Creator over a synthed, trippy production, and holds quite a message in my opinion, telling a story of communities taken over by crime, violence, drugs, lost souls walking the streets, hanging around on estates. The track is a reflection of different lives, the cinematic visuals reflecting that back by the director capturing scenes of various characters from all walks of life, especially those with problems. The chorus incorporates a jabbing, high synth note, which transitions in to hauntingly eerie and floaty, fantastic singing.
