Off the back of overcoming two other talents, Dora Martin and and Coops, in the final of Get to Know, #AAAKA winner Eyez joint up with GRM Daily for an exclusive music video for his new track called ‘One Day’. In what showcases just why Eyez was chosen, this track shows off his musical talent, originality and creativity. The hard hitting, orchestral, lashing production is a cross between Hip Hop and Grime, with a bubbly bassline, as Eyez rhymes about that one day when he will be successful and hit the top, so that apart from being able to buy himself a house, he will have respect, looked upon for help, and seen as a legend in the Rap and Grime scene. Another theme in Eyez’ lyricism is that he can prove the doubters wrong, turn his back on haters, and treat those that didn’t give him any help the same. Eyez’ delivery is hard hitting, making an impact on the production, and the hook is terrific, Eyez’ laid back sing song style.
