Grime/DnB MC Stormin linked up with The Grime Report recently to deliver a brand new themed mixtape entitled ‘Strains’ and features 12 solid tracks, and featuring the likes of Flirta D, Jammer, D Power, Nasty Jack and Sharky Major. The mixtape is Grime/Trap orientated with the production, with a bit of Hip Hop and Dancehall. The mixtape is heavily situated in the subject of weed smoking, where Stormin and the features spit about smoking weed, Stormin taking you on a journey to the likes of Amsterdam, showcasing that he lives the life, rather than just smoking here and there and talking about it. Jammer and D Power join Stormin on ‘That’s Not Peng’, a hard, bass pounding Trap banger in which they show their selective choice in peng, not rating many. From the bar to the car to the yard, Stormin turns it up with the banging production, bass heavy at that, energetic flows and lyricism that outsmokes anybody.
