Absorb unleashes the sixth track in The ABSORB Archive Collection, which features demos and unreleased tracks which have never been made public. ‘Business’, produced by Ges-E and Sukh Knight, the latter a former member of Grime/Dubstep production crew True Tiger, was recorded back in 2011, and is a lashing fusion of dubstep and grime. The producers provide an ambient melody with haunting background vocal samples, as well as fizzing, coiling synths and a hard-hitting beat, on which ABSORB delivers a catchy one liner chorus, making a statement of intent that he means business in the music scene, staying fresh in your mind and making a big impact in the scene. Even as ABSORB mentions that he never knows where he is heading next, he seems prepared and ambitious enough for the road ahead, stepping up his game in the process. Check out another fine show of lyricism, that would definitely go down well at live performances, with ABSORB having a dominant presence even on track.
