ABSORB continues his #TAAC series this last week with ‘DPMO’, recorded in 2012, a Deset production which also features Miski on vocals alongside him. Although not fully mixed, the potential is evident, as the two mc’s spit rapidly over an up-tempo fusion of Grime and Dubstep, with the one persistent element of ABSORB’s style, the bass, making itself known in the form of a wobbling bassline. Lyrically, ABSORB and Miski shred up the beat with skippiness and excellent fast-paced delivery, showing you how far they will go if you were to piss them off. Another superb track from ABSORB that didn’t quite make the cut for release, yet he sets the levels high even on this one for the competition.
