UK Rapper B.I.G. Mockz recently released a brand new EP via soundcloud called ‘Codeine Dreams’, featuring 6 ultra Trap bangers, with such production from the likes of Rene, Drop Life, and Genshin, and artist features from Kash Wallis and Proton amongst others. The vibe of the whole EP is calm and laid back and perfect for those lethargic times, plus trippy which is down to the fact that the project was made under the influence of such trippy substances and alcohol. The lyricism from B.I.G. Mockz and many of the other artists is obviously injected with such subjects as smoking weed, drinking alcohol, even mixing it with other substances which they also rhyme about. The flow and delivery, especially from B.I.G. Mockz, captures the whole vibe of the mixtape, flowing slowly but smoothly, giving you that feeling of lethargicness or trippiness, whilst the production is also on point, whilst heavily bassy Trap, it is wound down to the bare minimal, with the trippy, spaced out melodies sometimes taking center stage.
