Brookyln’s Bankai Fam are back with another visual drop from their current mixtape “Civil War” hosted by the legendary DJ Ready Cee. Produced by Astronote, ‘We The Nation’ has bells ringing quite literally, featuring P General, Low Banga, Skanks and G Stats delivering raw and gritty rhymes on the tight, heavy hitting production. These highly skilled lyrical assassins out of Crown Heights, Brooklyn, were put together by French producer Kyo Itachi. They pick up the baton from other NYC super groups like Wu Tang Clan & Boot Camp Clik. 2017 sees a slew of releases from the group and solo members. Bankai Fam released their debut EP “On My Side” in 2013 to critical acclaim & have since dropped solo projects from Skanks & G Stats via the French label Shinigamie Records.
