Roll Deep’s Brazen Boy recently kicked off his Step Series in which he plans to take 20 small steps. The first three steps have been taken, where Brazen spits over three different Grime productions by Swifta Beater, Masro and Rude Kid. Brazen peppers all three beats with ease, ferociously delivering the goods lyrically, reflecting on how far he has come in Step 1, claiming that we can’t walk a day in his shoes. He name drops many DJ’s and MC’s from Karnage to Logan Sama, Jendor, D Doubler E and Ghetts. Brazen spits hard over Step 2 and 3 particularly, mainly the beats being proper grimey, but as you listen to Brazen, his whole style and auroa leads you in to respecting him, especially as he rhymes about how far he come from the Roll Deep days, and to be honest his flow, delivery and song-writing is impeccable.
