UK Hip Hip lyricist Bush recently met up with Morgan Key of SBTV for a music video for a brand new music video for a track called ‘We Are Proud’ which taken from his forthcoming mixtape ‘Driven To Success’. The track is described as ‘strong’ and ‘motivational’, as the lyrics depict some of the global issues, from the perspective of a young person from the inner city of London. Bush addresses the state of employment in the UK, concluding that you either work like a slave and think what they tell you, or try to make something for yourself and be held back. Bush also delves also in to the war in the middle east, declaring his disgust at school children dying. Bush lays down lyrical content which highlights his own views, whilst also giving off quite a message, with those that listen coming away with something. Not only does Bush display terrific lyrical ability, but he flows effortlessly on the soulfully sampled Hip Hop instrumental, and his delivery is on point.
