Casscade is setting of the new year with a bang as he looks set to follow the success of the street banger “Every Year” which was premiered on 1xtra by Charlie Sloth last year. The North West London artist releases the visuals for Big Man Ting or simply put, BMT. For the hybrid Grime/Rap track, the video reflects a grittier side of the local area and estates that Casscade resides and where his roots are; North West LDN. Naturally though, as with the smoothness and energy that Casscade delivers his pacey flowing vocals, there is a glimpse of the majestic Wembley Stadium. An infectious, melodious and well written song overall, the lyrics are witty and convey Casscade’s hunger. Casscade has already created a buzz in the last year and his consistency and non-stop quality releases should leave him in good stead to become a household name along with the top mc’s in the scene right now. When you say “Big man ting” in a conversation, it’s pretty much like saying ‘In all seriousness’ or just being certain about something in general.
