Singer/Songwriter, Producer and Guitarist Chris Nichols collaborates with Deflo DKS (Death Kiss Musick) for two brand new demo tracks, which pit Chris’ tremendous guitar skills against Deflo’s heartfelt and raw lyrics on both acoustic rap tunes. Both ‘Get Away’ and ‘Dont See Me Run’ feature Deflo rhyming against a backdrop of melancholy acoustic instrumentation, expressing his heartache due to dark times in real life, and exploring his battle with mental health through the years. Deflo expresses himself the only way he knows how, through music and lyrics. Deflo finds the balance between expression of heartache and pain and still managing to showcase great pen game and wordplay skills.
