Cliche – You Were There (Kadz Beats) / Way Up Feat. DK (100Bulletz Prod)
Cliche dropped two new tracks via his soundcloud this past week. ‘You Were There’ is produced by Kadz Beats and is Cliche’s first attempt at a house tune. Cliche rhymes over a bubbly house production consisting of organs and a rhythmic beat pattern, paying homage to those that are there in memorable times, from bringing his mother along with him when he blows up to sharing the fun times in the summertime with mates, drinking in the clubs with ladies and enjoying weekends out on the town, The rain might be returning to the UK, but the vibes on this one from Cliche keep the summer in full swing.
The second track from Clich is called ‘Way Up’ and features DK, and production from 100Bulletz. Cliche jumps on a hypnotic, bass-trembling trap beat with a similar beat pattern to Fat Joe’s track, emphasizing his desire to have riches, a house and a car, like Fat Joe and Remy Ma whose ‘All The Way Up’ inspires this track. Cliche also takes swipes at the competition for lack of passion and talent. Stream both of Cliche’s new tracks below and let us know what you think in the comments section . . .
