North London Rap artist Crazy Raf is back once again with a new banger called “Paper Love” which sees him team up with singer Wayne Mcneish on this Trap instrumental. On this bass-heavy Trap production, Raf gives you tales from the streets, instead of glamorising the truth, he lays it all out there with the pain and struggles he himself experiences, from witnessing the madness after the police killed Mark Duggan in his hometown, to being amongst like-minded peers, all trying to hustle and grind for a living, and the paranoia and edginess that has set in since the riots, and even though the law try to break them up, his circle look to be going strong, especially in music. Wayne Mcneish also showcases his great singing abilities on the hook and break at the end, on the chorus comfortably summing up the track, labelling them as paper lovers, and warning that you don’t wanna war with his guys.
