North West London artist Dpart returns after a two year hiatus with his first solo music video for ‘Workrate’, taken from ”The Dparture Lounge Vol 2” out soon. Dpart has the daggers out from the start, or at least as far as the sharp, edgy, raw and uncut lyricism goes. Dpart takes the candid approach in rhyming about very real situations in his life growing up around his way, the choices you make and the roads you go down in life, having to struggle along the way to get to where you want to be. Dpart spits with conviction and passion for what he believes in, delivering non-stop, seamless-flowing bars on a haunting Hip Hop beat, produced by Fifty Vinc, that is laden with synths, bass and piano keys.
