From the outskirts of West London comes ‘8AM’, a lively and energetic UK Garage track by Elemental, with production provided by West London music producer Jay Productions. ‘8AM’ recounts a night of drinking and partying, going with the flow and riding a wave, experiencing the ups and downs of a fun but chaotic night out that seems to never end. From the moment he steps out dressed sharply, to the moment everything unravels the next morning, Elemental’s happy-go-lucky attitude has him linking friends, trying to catch a vibe, and getting in to situations that dare to ruin the mood. Elemental oozes cheekiness and wit that perfectly complement the upbeat production from Jay Productions, which is a concoction of funky guitar riffs and upbeat trumpets, that stays true to the essence of UK Garage.

Elemental, hailing from Staines, a town just outside West London, has always been surrounded by the sounds of Grime and Hip Hop music, incorporating relatable stories along with humour and wit that is clear to hear in ‘8AM’. Having started out writing verses and freestyling with friends, sharing content online is when things really took off for Elemental. Since then, he has racked up 11 million views on Instagram, along with a loyal following, that has paved that way for him to perform on stages live at Boxpark and Peckham Audio. With no label backing but determination and consistent work,Elemental intends to expand to bigger crowds, bigger stages, and leaving his mark in the UK Garage/Rap scenes.

Jay Productions meanwhile has tapped into his own influences with the production on ‘8AM’, having been inspired by a wide range of artists such as Pharrell Williams, Quincy Jones, The Weeknd, Linkin Park, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Calvin Harris to name a few. That eclectic list of artists has seen Jay produce many different sounds for the likes of Apache Indian (‘Stronger’, ‘Angelina’, ‘Ay Papi’ featuring Nadia Isabel), OFFCOURSE & Rish Rai (‘Mr.’), Ibbz Awan (‘Don’t You Know’), and Sukhraj, Mars and Ello S (‘We Ain’t The Same’).
