Nottingham Hip Hop artist Fonzse released a new mixtape “Vibes” for free download over the weekend, and is released once again through Certified Blood & Family just like his “Life” mixtape. The mixtape does what it says on the tin, with Fonzse presenting to you the vibes, with a mix of different productions ranging from chilled Hip Hop (‘Wavey’), to heavy-hitting Trap (‘Passenger Side’) to tracks like ‘West Coastin’ which has influences of West Coast Funk and Hip Hop, or ‘Motion Picture’ which is a fusion of Hip Hop and Jazz. The production goes a long way in setting the tone of the mixtape, laid back and chill but nevertheless, Fonzse delivers on every track with themes of chilling out and riding the vibe, whether it is smoking and drinking or dreaming of escaping to another country, the desired effect is to get out and relax, forget the troubles and stress and chill.
