Jam Prd – Flying [edit]
Part of a trio of releases from The Gremlins collective unleashed this week, Northampton producer Jam Prd unveils audio for his new track “Flying”. Sampling Wiley for the intro “I’m back where I wanna be Flying” is the message as the hats, kick and detuned keys build, then out of the blue the bass drops. Accompanied by a random bubble sound effect, the bass line chopped screwed and distorted saws away through the speakers as Jam layers the track with all sorts of interlocking, exciting sounds. The percussion features The Gremlins trademark swing to the beats, with the kicks half timed punching through and a smacking snare engulfed in little clicks, pops and underlying double/triple/quadruple timed hi hats. Jam Prd shows why he is one of the countries most innovative Dubstep producers with an absolute beast of a track, sure to have people wildin out in a rave very soon. Big track!
