UK rapper Ceepz hooked up with JDZmedia to record his Story Teller freestyle session. Ceepz takes an alternative route from the current mass wave of Trap/Gangsta rappers to get deep with the rhymes over the familiar, yet non commercial ambient Rock/Trip Hop track called “Intro” produced by The xx. Ceepz pours out his heart, connecting to the lyrical content as is evident in his delivery, rhyming about pain and struggle, feeling like a good person that is lead down a wrongful path at times, going on to spit about the side of him which so desires to be accepted in to heaven, or just get out of the poverty he has been placed in. Ceepz gets dark with some insane metaphors and wordplay, bringing some horror content in to the mix, spitting fire for sure on the hard hitting beat. Massive freestyle sesh from Ceepz, one of the few authentic story tellers in the UK with a deep, realistic message in the Hip Hop scene.
