UK rapper and Roll Deep member J2K or rather JIIK releases another video from the “LL Cool J” EP via GRM Daily’s youtube channel. “Brand New FU” is another smooth UK Hip Hop joint, sampling the U.S LL Cool J and featuring a laid back soulful singer on the chorus. J2k spits his trademark skippy flows, punchlines and sideways pars for rival MC’s, proving that he is still one of the greatest British rappers around. The song and the video have a very slick feel to them, matching many of the big budget US rappers in visual and audio quality, showing that the UK artists do not have to sacrifice style or substance to relay their creativity. Loving the concept for J2Ks’ new work, US inspiration with a UK style to it making his music truly international. Great track!
