Jon E Clayface has took to soundcloud to release a quick free release, in form of an Instrumental EP ‘Ursa Major’. The tempo is set at 140bpm on this project, kicking off with a rather peaceful piano-led, intense melody for an intro. Has tranquil yet creepy vibe, similar to the Exorcist theme in a way. ‘Messier 40’ features an ambient melody and a thudding trap beat, with whirring synths. ‘Merak’ is a more up-tempo grimy production, a bassy beat consisting of predominant snare through out, with a middle eastern melody. The final beat ‘M87 Draco’ is yet another atmospheric production, where Jon E Clayface throws on rhythmic snares and claps, as well as a mix of different dialogue that sums up the spacey vibe for this whole EP, to make you feel as though you are zoned out, floating in the stars.
