Nottingham MC JR links up with Build TV for a brand new music video for “Something That You Love”, spitting on a Trapesque, bassy Hip Hop beat produced by SilinsBeats. The track is spurred on by JR’s love of music, as he rhymes about his humble beginnings in the music scene, putting in the work, and talking about the haters and those who choose not to listen. JR gets deep in the song, saying some home truths about the scene stepping over everyone to get to the top, ignoring the next person. Through all of this, JR doesn’t let any of it get him down, really taking it upon himself to go all out with his music, put in the quality to his work, and stick at, building his fanbase until something comes. The hook shows off JR’s great song writing and song craft abilities, whilst he flows impeccably on the beat, delivery is top-notch and one of the best from any upcoming artist, especially from Notts.
