Kano and Noisey unveil the music video for ‘New Banger’, filmed by Risky Roadz. The Grime production for this banger is a thrashing, bassy, lively instrumental by Mele, with Kano ravaging the beat with ferocious, rapid flows and heavyweight lyrics, as he rhymes about the environment he grew up in, not Taiwan or China but East London, and represents for those fellow residents on the streets of East Ldn, whom drift in to not so legit lifestyles which is customary with living in the ends, with Kano also spitting about his own experiences growing up and rolling with gangsters. Kano drops a hot hook to top the banger off nicely. The simplistic visuals, old school, vintage style visuals by Risky Roadz follow Kano as he sets up a house party, getting all of the food in order, testing the music equipment, and sprucing himself for a night, culminating in footage, crazy at that, of him and his guests skanking, and having fun, some amusing moments when they spray cream on some guy’s face as he sleeps.
