East London Hip Hop artist Lemzi unveils the music video for his first official single, ‘Hazey’, produced by Unintended, co-produced by Jakespeare, with the visuals shot and produced by Samiira Garane and Lemzi, and edited by Darnell Depradine. The production for the single is driven by tribal drums, sampled chants and an ambient melody, and sometimes warm, glowing visuals as Lemzi is depicted lip-syncing the song’s lyrics and casually strolling along in the city taking in his thoughts. The lyrics from Lemzi are somewhat philosophical and introspective, examining the meaning of Lemzi’s existence and his purpose in both in music and the real world. Lemzi’s delivery on the track is laid back and borders on spoken word, Lemzi displaying high intellect and intelligent with thought-provoking rhymes.
