A lyrical workout that needs it’s own fitness dvd really! Now Boy Better Know’s Jammer, Hyper and Face are at it with this remix of Lethal Bizzle’s banger ‘Rari Workout’. Jammer highlights his urges to work out, feeling skinny, needing to workout, perhaps sexually as the workout is being made out to be, Hyper on a gym flex, having to workout before tours, whilst Face pars off those fronting like they are benching more than him, spitting about fitness regime from eating healthily, to pushing himself to the limit when it comes to the workout, not starting and bailing out. Keeping the original hook by Lethal Bizzle himself, the grimey production features the trio of emcee’s displaying energetic flow and delivery.
