Logan Sama made his debut on NTSLive as a guest alongside young, talented, up and coming Grime MC Novelist earlier this month. In this 55 minute set, it features Logan in this live mix, spinning the Grime instrumentals, bringing the premiere mix skills and ultimate selection of beats, as your host Novelist kept up the excitement until about 5 minutes in when he grabbed the mic and teared it up, shelling down some nasty Grime dubs, with many one-line flows, and smooth flow and delivery all round, killing it with the bars, dashing out punchlines galore in this raw Grime session. Novelist also attacks emcee’s in general merking it with the heavyweight slewage. With the focus on a straight mix from Logan Sama, and letting the artist do their thing really lets Logan be the DJ that he always was, and allows for more freedom in my opinion.
