The simple but effective visuals, incorporating a few shot changes and streak effect, the video captures Manikye dwelling over the thoughts in his mind as he smokes on a spliff/cigarette. The lyrics, which Manikye drops over a bass-heavy beat with an atmospheric and piano-led melody, explore the living standards from where Manikye has come from and where he is heading now, delving in to his lowly and troublesome times, rhyming about the various characters in his life from his baby’s mother to his family, and feeling sorrowful with the hope of bettering himself. Manikye hits you with some real powerful, painful realness in his bars, flowing consistently, even showing off with some cheeky singing vocals towards the end.
