North London Rapper Marc Five collaborated with fellow UK Rap artists JK and 92 recently on a track called “Trapped”. The lyrics depict the pain and stress that each of them experiences, being trapped in a cycle of grinding for paper, stuck on the streets where you can end up in jail or at an extent, dead. All three artists and straight to the point, the lyricism is blunt, as they highlight the stark reality of the life they lead, painting a picture of a life that is not so glamorous, feeling under pressure even though they may be flossing from time to time, and they show remorse also, the hook asking the question whether this is really the life to lead. All three drop hard lyricism and nice flows, jumping on the track with steady flows, 92 switching it up with a meandering flow, and delivering fast paced bars.
