Charlie Sloth caught up with Margate rapper Mic Righteous to bring you an epic Fire in the Streets freestyle. The lyrically gifted Mic drops a freestyle empowered by hopes of change, and just being another guy from a hard background, Mic Righteous’ messages resonate with anyone that can relate. Mic rhymes about many of the things that are wrong with the world, from hatred that stems from religion and race, kids growing up in poverty, and no law-abiding citizens, where as Mic uses his imagination to paint a picture in his lyrics of how it could be if everyone was as wise as him, it would be safer but then as he points out, we would be slaves to the system. Catch 22! Mic is without a doubt very intelligent and wise lyrically, and this freestyle in which he puts the pain and energy in to conveying that message through his delivery, flowing effortlessly on the emotional Hip Hop instrumental.
