GRM Daily link up with South Londoner Mobb Ryder for a music video for his new track called ‘Resurrection Pt.1’. The purpose of the song is for Mobb to take us all origins of Hip Hop and the fundamentals of the culture, before singing on track was popular and putting your life on wax was the norm. Mobb Ryder kicks rhymes containing a few nice metaphors, switching up the flow effortlessly, laying down sentimental lyrics over a hard hitting beat with a Blues & Jazz vibe that brings to mind the saying, to make the beat cry. The visuals feature a cameo from Skinnyman, and are filmed in a setting surrounded by graffiti and concrete jungles, as well as Mobb Ryder performing with a boombox in the background.
