UK Hip Hop MC Proverbz releases the audio for his anthemic track Devils Playground, featuring fellow lyrical social commentary expert Klashnekoff. Taken from the Proverbz Ep, “Devils Playground” (produced by Term & Rachet) features dark and moody keys, with a pounding beat and reverberating rolling snare, with an undertone of haunting strings, the instrumental nearly hypnotises the listener. The chorus sets the tone of the track, with a low pitched effect, telling a scenario of the dangers of the streets, leaving both rappers to give their accounts and opinions of hood life and what its like for the youth of today in the manor. Klashnekoff reminds listeners why he is one of the best rappers from day, while Proverbz brings that authentic story telling lyricism, with bleek cinematic messages for the masses. Devils Playground is a dark street tale from two of the UK’s finest lyricists and serves as a nice taster for Proverbz’s Ep.
