The kid that’s stuck in council housing and who thinks he can better his condition through rap and the kid who thinks selling drugs is the only way out. I act out both characters throughout both of the verses”.

SHA¥ Khushrenada recently uploaded a new track to his soundcloud, entitled ’10’s’, which is produced by Toby Kenobi, one of two producers in SHA¥’s collective Astronaut Heroics, and taken from their forthcoming debut mixtape “The Karman Line” out on March 11th. SHA¥ Khushrenada drops rhymes on thumping Hip Hop beat that possesses trickling keys making up the most part f the spacious melody. SHA¥ Khushrenada’s lyrics talk about his dreams of success, making money via various endeavours, and with bars that depict the paper chase, SHA¥ gives two perspectives, one from a kid in council housing and pursuing a rap career, and a kid selling drugs, but both think their method is the way out, both have the same goal but different mind set. SHA¥ Khushrenada displays strong flows on this track, also showcasing terrific story telling capabilities.
