UK female MC ShawtyRP is the latest to jump on a remix of the Holby City theme tune. Shawty goes in hard over the Trap style refix which also features a low down heavy bass. She raps about her home city, rhyming about her change in fortune, from going from broke to no joke by the sound it, finally getting herself together, making her cash, stating that she won’t stop until she is recognised. Shawty showcases good wordplay, dropping a few punchlines in her bars. This is banger of a track by Shawty, who spits fantastically over the beat with a easy-going flow, and even her song-writing is superb, I’m loving the hook, it’s something that definitely sticks in my mind long after listening to the track. Banger! Check out the track, and peep the cool visuals which take in the artistic, Hip-Hop based scenery with the vibrant graffiti and some other great locations also.
