Skatta and Subzero collaborate on a revival of The Streets’ classic breakthrough hit ‘Has It Come To This’, a landmark track that paved the way for “an evolutionary route for UK Garage” when it hit the top 20 in 2001. Their 2016 redux is produced by Krywolf and features verses from Skatta and Subzero as well as Krisis, Krxnic, Quinny, Static and Khaos Brown. From the West Midlands, Coventry to be exact, these talented mc’s deliver strong verses on the old skool, hypnotic, tick-tock Garage production, Skippy, energetic and fast-flowing, over the dreamy melody and deep bass, this massive track rolls back the years early days of UK Garage/Grime. Taken from the forthcoming ‘Skatta’d Pieces’ , Skatta’s debut album, this track could be set to catapult the MC to higher places in his career.
